I have at last finished building, drawing, writing and converting CivilWar. CivilWar is a sequel modification to Meteor. It was sent some time ago to Meteormods.com, but the download was deleted for a reason: converting. Waiting was worthwhile, CivilWar now supports Meteor 1 v 1.3.
