Guess what. I have started making a new mod of course! Its name will be The Dark Age (the word 'dark' again). This mod is going to be a medieval mod. I have included some tiles from my Dark Conspiracy mod. I have made 25 new tiles so far! I have made the player character. And one of the enemies is ready too.

Allright, there could be barbarians, and archers, swordmen, ships, and other stuff. Missions could be for example: Destroy the barbarian village, infiltrate the castle, protect the priests. And stuff... Weapons, dagger, spear, and maybe a cannon? There could also be a nice CTF mode, (Capture The Flag) for the castles! You can say if you dont like these, it wont hurt me.

There will be organisations, not races. The weapons you suggest are great. I will include some of them. Making CTF for Meteor will be difficult though the idea is good.

The progress has been slow these days because I started attending English lessons every day (without Saturday and Sunday). The end of this English course is on 31st of July. But I have to make 7 more maps and write their briefings, some new tiles must also be made. Let's not forget about the background and the player's face.

Now I can officially announce that the mod is ready! Spy will attach the files. Instructions: First download the archives and enter your Meteor base folder. Unzip the first archive in your base folder. When you have done that, go into the directory called "age". Extract zips 2 and 3 in the age directory. When you do that enter the folder called "music". After that enter "music" and unzip archives 4,5,6,7. When that has been completed, go into the folder called "soundfx". Extract zips 8,9 and 10 in the "soundfx" folder. You can now play the mod! @Attached and Edited by Spy.

It was pretty easy at first, I was using the sword most of the time. The crossbow fires too slowly for how little damage it does. I'm halfway through the gray castle now. It's getting harder now that the magicians are more frequent.

I'm up to the Haunted Citadel. It's getting a lot harder, but it's mostly due to the enemies having increasingly more health and my weapons being less and less useful at killing them. In fact it's much faster (and even less risky) to just run past the enemies than it is to try to dodge their fire and take the time to kill them. I must have missed a "Fire Crossbow" somewhere. I picked up fire arrows at one point but was unable to use them. The Holy Water Crossbow is a big help but not without enough ammo to use it regularly. The regular crossbow's fire interval is too slow and way too weak to make it useful. The sword is kinda handy but it hardly does much more damage than the crossbow though it's fire interval is better. It doesn't really help a whole lot against the green spiders due to being very fast AND having a ranged attack.

@40oz The fire crossbow is in the second or third map of the haunted citadel. But I think there is another fire crossbow in the 30th map. I hope there is enough ammo for the magic wand.
