When I try to download Meteor 1.2 I get a 404 error. AFAIK that is because I can't for some reason access ftp sites/files. Do you plan on putting up / are there already a mirror site somewhere, where I can download it? You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Grab it here via http. I will take it down in a day or two. James. Edited: 10 February 2004 00:30 You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

I have problem download Meteor 1.21 from the download link in jbgame.com. It seems like Meteor 1.21 is no more available for download. Is Meteor 2 beta stable enough? Any help? You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Really? Thats weird. It should work. Cheak your browser settings and see if downloads are availible or anything else that might restrict Java (ithink) or cookies. PS: of course the beta is stable enough to be used, were having a great time making maps (possible to be used in full version O.O!). You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Yes pretty simple really. If this link does not work then your browser is broken or you are being prevented access from the ftp server by some security thing on your PC/network. You will need to fix this, cookies are not an issue. Note that if you can't download that URL then you will have trouble with Meteor 2 as well. James. I received this alert box when I click your link: 550/Anonymous/pub/jbgames/Meteor/Meteor121.exe: The System cannot find the path specified. Hope that helps. Thanks and regards. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Ya, i had the same problem, but for openining a web site. (it added the word "anonomus", making the site void.). My problem was cookies. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Mine is not the problem of cookies. I have no problem downloading files from other sites at all. I suspect that the link is broken. I am using Mozilla, but I do not think this is the problem. However, I just tried using IE 6 and it works. Strange??? Edited: 10 November 2004 01:50 You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Ahh yes, Mozilla. Weve had that problem before. Mozzilla generally doesnt work well on this site (so ive heard). IE and Netscape is the only 2 (i think!) that i known to work (not like JB has tested with other browsers that much... so others will problibly work fine) You need to login to create posts in this thread. |
