I have a program that converts .GIF animations to .FLC animations, though it measures out the the average of all the frame display times in the .GIF and makes it the framerate of the FLC. I'm still a little unfamiliar with the program, but the animation I made calls for different frames to be displayed at shorter and longer times. Do all FLCs have to have all the frames display at the same time? I just want to know this now before I break something in my animation.
