Sure basically its "do everything week". M1 is all sorted and so is the Meteor Mod Manager. Meteor 2 is next on the list. I can tell you a couple of things about the next version of M2. - Group select is done by holding down the shift key while dragging the mouse. People will have to get used to that as it does not effect the other mouse controls. - GIF animation support has been removed and replaced with .FLC files just like in Meteor 1. People may have to find a GIF to FLC converter or send me their animations for conversion. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

I think its an actual problem with Meteor 1.34, but point in being that Crater doesnt detect my soundcard, and causes a CTD with an illegal operation on startup. I havent tried it with normal meteor though, so it could be a problem on that end. Running with Windows98 You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Ok, ive figured out that my system has a problem with the new sound that james put in... Ive tried going back to the old version of meteor, but Crater wont load any levels because of "invalid version" (even though the only difference is the sound engine)... sucks cause i wanna play Crater but cant... Is it possible to run a non-sound enhanced version of M1? You need to login to create posts in this thread. |
