What about having at the mods and tcs- site scales from 0 to 10?

Meteor: WW3
This is certainly a mega-mod. This mod continues where Meteor left off, it contains an entire new campaign with new weapons, graphics, sounds, monsters, music and more. This is a great peice of work from the same guy who made the last level in Meteor.

And maps and mods should include screenshots.

well if you got a bad rating, that would make you sad. We play games to have fun, not to dissapoint people. =D

So smile be happy and know that you are all winners.

JUST Kiddin'!

Maybe we should have a meteor 2 mod compo. Or a meteor 2 map compo

Yeah, I drawed here (I'm using still paint!) a scale what we could use for scaling.

Like, the game hardness would affect 30 % to the scaling and new weaponry 10 %.

Like, you could scale all 6 and then count them together using the scale. Like this example mod had good graphics although the story was quite a disappointment. It got a scale 0-10= 4.98.

***** HOW YOU WOULD COUNT ALL TOGETHER? *****

What I did for the example mod, I took the calculator and used the scale for help. The game Hardness was at 6, so I counted "0,30 x 6". So, the rule would be:
"scale divided by 100 times the scale. Then you just add them all up and you get the scale.

Oh, and I just calculated the scale, the example mod has a bit wrong scale, it's ~5.

Woah steady on with the graphs, that all looks like far too much work.

Anyway Mantis is right. Ratings can cause bad feeling in such a tightly knit community.

The second one doesnt really make too much sense, since the more percent in one field can lessen the percent in other fields. The top one looks ok though.

I think descriptions of the mod should be much longer. It looks far too hard to describe a mod to people using only a sentence or two.

If you like, I am pretty good at describing mods, I could make a description of them in paragraph form.

Yes, not sure about the pie chart but it does help to highlight the best bits I guess.

Long descriptions sounds like a plan. I just need to gear up the file database to handle them. I am sure it is on my list somewhere.

I think that this is a wonderful idea. See the attached graph of the CivilWar Mod.
If you want a graph of your mod, tell me!
