The thing is this. If you would have a light, a cone one, if
you would use "Set Light Angle", and set it to, maybe 64, it
stays on 0! If you would set it to 32, that's northwest, the
light's area just enlarges! Could someone fix this one?

This has been discussed before. Lights cannot be rotated due to techical restrictions. This option should be disabled in the next version.
