When you create a player and "forget" to add a starting weapon, it shows all of the weapon postions instead on the player. This isnt really the problem. However, when you shoot the gun(s?) with all of the weapon slots on the player showing, it crashes the game.

Nah, it doesn't, its because your computer probably can't handle the amount of projectiles that Allegro wants to emit. But they do fire (causing a horribly loud noise and a humungus stream of crap) on my 3.2gHz machine.

Its just like that "Sunshine cruise" missle from meteor 1, always froze my old computer.

Well no, becuase when i am actually playing a vehicle with 5000 guns on it, it does fire. I am saying that when you have a player start out on a level and you havent assigned a starting weapon in the game.ini or who-sits, it shows all the gun slots (like it would).

But, when you fire, and you DONT have (as in picked up) any of those weapons (aka your not holding a gun according to your HUD but it shows up on the player), it attempts to fire somthing you dont have, so the game crashes, and "I" personnaly have to restart my CP in order to get the game to start back up again (thats prolly only related to me though).

That never happened to me when I had a player with no weapons. It just showed the last weapon in use--which was bad because I wanted a player with no weapons. Are you starting the game from the first level or later on in the game?

You know, I would really like to have a weapon that acts as nothing, but it disappears when you are actually using one. In fact, I'll go post this in suggestions.
