I made a tank with 150 Hp. Then in my skyscraper level, ground floor, I put it on a path towards a point and when it reached that point I set the health to 400 hp. When I did this, however, it made the health bar on the bottom of the sprite that extended from its starting point to the other side of the screen, in other words the health bar went beyond the width of the sprite.
