-What does the "Masked" setting do for roof sectors? -What does sector type "In The Air! (used internally)" do? -What does "Indoor Sector" setting do?

-Masked puts a black mask over the sector. -in the Air Make the sector stop aircraft, or at least it should. -Indoor should remove adverse climate effects such as rain snow and night. How many people have found the scripting tutorial map helpful? You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Masked is designed to skip transparent pixels but this does not work properly due to limitations. In the Air is an internal terrain type, it is the type of terrain that planes are. This does not stop planes, the newer version (not released) has a new type called "Closed" which stops anything (including planes). Mantis is right about the indoor thing but this is not implemented, it probably won't be so don't waste your time with it. James. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |
