It had been very cool if we could take enemy hostages an point our gun against their head and tell them to keep in front of us, so if the enemy is trying to shoot us they will hit their the enemy in front of us. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

The gun to the head thing is a probably a bit too complicated for this game, as then the enemies would start firing at eachother in hopes you'd be hiding behind one. If you stop playing Meteor then you can take up knitting or some other productive hobby like that ![]() You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Murhahahahabar but yes John is right it is quite complex when the "AI" contains so many other factors. The main problem is that the enemy relies on a line of sight to shoot at you (if you are not in sight then you wont get shot at). One day I will make you an indoor level full of sheep. Ssssh, don't tell anyone but they can wonder indoors too. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

What are you keeping quiet about? i saw 3 sheep and a goat roam through my house yesterday, no biggy. hehe just kidding But taking enemy hostages, that doesnt sound like something an Allied Soldier would do... A terrorist would but... No.

Im not playing Meteor to grab some other guy and touch him different places... Im playing to blast people to pieces with rocket launchers, and wasting hordes of vicious gunmen with my minigun! You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

The game should not go in the wrong direction. If you hold them hostage it will be more well, stea-lthy. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Yah, honestly I couldn't see an Allied soldier grabbing a guy by the neck with a knife. That seems too... not like an Ally

Remember that war isnt fair. Every good commander or general would sieze any chance possible to take hostages or sabatoge resources. Standard military tactics.
