What does it look like the other side of the world?

Here's my computer workstation.

7.1 sound, 24" graphics display CRT for designing digital cinema content, and midi controllers for sound / music design.

I won a g15 keyboard and g5 mouse a while back, and got a g13 gaming pad for extra hotkeys. I use it instead of my start menu in it's basic state.

I've got a near silent GTX 465, an amd x6 1100T cooled by a H50 water cooler, and an SSD (500MB/s) for my main drive, and I'm just about to put a newly designed silent fan to bring the overall sound levels to 20dBa.
edit: the fan didn't make it much quieter, a bit, but JohnWE had a very quiet computer and I still want mine that quiet.

Also, I've got a 320 drive for documents and win8, and a 1tb drive for video projects (100gb full) and 4 more computers loaded for lan parties - all single core or worse =)

My PC is made from ~5 year old parts but it still works well (except maybe my PSU).

I have a 22" TFT screen and a 2.1 sound system. I also have a 5.1 headphone if I need the extra effect and ofc during night.

I have a G15 too, tho I bought it myself and now I can't imagine a PC without it. :D
I have a random 800 dpi optical mouse I bought at a shopping center, and a Saitek P2600 gamepad.

My CPU is an old Intel P4 overclocked to 4.0 GHz. It is also the weakest part of my PC, I could really use better one. The VGA is a Radeon HD3870 which I'm quite satisfied with. There are 2GB kinda slow RAM too. I have 2 HDDs with a total of ~650 GB space, filled with Japanese stuff. I have like 100 GB free space left. :D

Had I known how epic of a keyboard this was I would have bought one. It's so grand, and I've even programmed stuff into the lua scripting language for a "build 30 units" button for old rts games. =) People laugh at $50 keyboards, but once they find out how fun the volume control knob is, they'll regret it. (laughing, not buying)

My favourite kind of keyboard is the one that allows you to type.

Well, my main computer is an 13" Inspiron 1545 laptop, so my workspace is anywhere (preferably within range of a wireless router). I guess my preferred place to use it is in my recliner. I use a wireless headphone-mic combo with it (until I accidentally broke it by overcharging it last night) and a wireless mouse. If I am feeling bored I plug my laptop into my TV and turn on my surround sound stereo. Meteor on a 46" HDTV with surround sound is strangely awesome. The only real downside with my laptop is that I am limited to an integrated Intel graphics chipset. That limits me to no new games past 2007's graphics levels even though the computer was new two years ago.

For my high performance uses I use a Dell XPS 9100 when I am at my parent's home. They also have a slightly less powerful custom built computer that I put together myself and use to host a Minecraft server via remote access.

Sorry for no pics, my laptop's card reader broke and a don't have a cable for my camera.

My specs..

I have a HP Pavilion desktop computer, with a HP wireless keyboard and a wired Logitech optical mouse. The set came with a wireless HP mouse too but it sucked donkey balls.. (made in china)

I got a pair of really old speakers.. And this cheap and crappy desktop microphone that I bought from the local hardware store for 15€.

I got a 21.5" Full HD monitor with 3,000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast and LED.

My computer's insides consist of an Intel i5 2320 3GHz processor, Nvidia 545GT video card with 4 gigs of Video RAM, 7GB of RAM, 1,5TB of disk space and a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.
