if you type skill 5 into the console then the enemies wont shoot though its supposed to be really hard

I don't think this is a bug, more of a misunderstanding!
Skill starts to count from 0, so 0 is Very Easy, 1 is Easy, etc... And 4 is Very Hard.
Due to this fact Skill 5 will result in a difficulty level which doesn't exist, and thus the enemies will just look at you and do nothing.

Maybe skill 5 is a do-able skill for Conveyor Trail? =P =P
