Sound is always a problem for modding... I suggest Sounddogs.com but only I don't know if it's legal to use the previews... Because you know, before you buy a sound, you can first listen to a lower quality version of it as a preview. But don't ask me how legal it is to use the preview for creating stuff! Otherwise, you can just use the sounds from other mods, just remember to put the author of those mods in your credits =)

I don't know if Meteor 1 has any moving water effect, but I do know how to change the background; Make an image, call it "Menuback.pcx" and put it directly into your mod's folder.

Unfortunately I don't know how to do it too. I never thought about that when I was making my mods. EDIT: In Meteor go to the options menu and click on 'User options'. There are options about the water there.

Those half tracks in the second screenshot look awesome! Normally your tiles and sprites wouldn't fit in all too well with the stock meteor stuff, but as a TC this stuff really flows together perfectly, i anxiously wait to try your mod ![]()

Mrazerty, i think, that you CAN do that. I placed 3 exits on the map. Everyone of them will take a different level, the different level campaigns will continue until any of them, continues the actual storyline. Like this: Normal level, Different, then again a different one, and back to the NORMAL, original story, get it? Or some of those 3 campaigns can be shorter/longer than the other ones. And after "those little minigames", it comes back to the MAIN story, and you continue what you had to do in the first place! Get it? ![]() ![]()

Actually, you're all right. The word 'original' has two meanings. One is 'something unique or new', as in, 'it is an orginal idea, no one has ever tried that before'. The other meaning is 'the first of something', as in, 'the original Star Wars movies were much better than the new ones'. I think Mrazerty was using the first one. That's the annoying thing about English, a lot of words have more than one meaning. I only knew one definition of 'original' until I was about 11 years old, and English is my native language. I made the second choosable level. AND i made 2 new features! 1. A radar malfunction thing, that you see your map black and cant see the envinronment! 2. As i use the link tiles, when i press a button, all the more lighter tiles will get dark! Its like a shut down! ![]()

@arezey I did it by putting an invisible sprite, that is huge (1/4 of the screen) On the map. The sprites show as black on the map, and cover the tiles under it. So i putted 4 of them over the level, and now you cant see the envinroment, but you CAN see the enemies dots, neutrals, allies and yours! I plan to make one of the multiplayer maps like this, so you dont see the map! ![]() ![]()

Well for whatever reason it might be, one solution could be that you would post the mod here and have one of us finish it. Sure it won't be so Naval Warish but it'd be done... that gives me an idea: make a section on meteormods.com for all unfinished mods that one can pick up. Good idea. There's a few unfinished mods on Meteormods already. Another idea would be the 'mod material' thread, where everyone uploads random weapons, graphics, and whatnot, for people who are making mods.
