What is next for meteor? It's a great moddable game that has been out in two forms for several years (M1 M2). It is constantly being updated. Some updates taking longer than others and some more noticable than others. When James releases the next version of M2 it may finish all updates to M2 and lead into a possible M3. I belive that if James does that then M3 should be seen on the shelves of video game stores. It would spread meteor even more than now. What do other people think about the future? Well I'm not that 'futurous' than you but I think that M2 will be improved a long time before M3 will be present. But there is this press release from September 2004 that you should see... http://www.jbgames.com/games/meteor2/press/m2_2004-09-02.htm There James says that 'the point of Meteor games is the bird's-eye look'. He also points out M2 was being developed 5 years so if M3 will be made, I think, it's gonna take even more. So: don't expect too much ![]() You need to login to create posts in this thread. |
