A good place to put a nuke beacon in the GDI Wepons Factory is in the center behind the computer overlooking the window into the garage. Place it right up against the back of it in between the window and the computer.
People wont know if its in the garage or in the building. Its also good because they can only disarm it from 3 angles, and one timed c4 in the right place could do the trick.
Also after you place the nuke, put a timed c4 so that it fits right over the top of it. That way they will either have to disarm the c4 first or they will accidently disarm c4 when they ment to disarm the nuke.
