Celebrating 1 May (well almost).

We needed a new page.

I was going to make some fake screenshots for a 1 month late April 1 Joke but I instead will share my new hobby with you.

For years I have wondered what a new Meteor game would look like. To help me I have been learning to paint with oil paints as an artist to try and visualise a sequel.

I hope you like my super awesome painting skillz, I detail painted a few parts with fine brushes for emphasis.

That's awesome and certainly makes me re-evaluate my opinions about oil paintings. It's also nice to see Meteor still being all about grassy fields, lakes and railroad tracks on a clear day. :p

I've got Meteor, Meteor 2 and Meteor FE installed on 8 computers for network games!

I've also got Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, Dune 2000, and Tiberian Sun installed on them as well. (Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge and Mental Omega are on most of 'em)

Yea we're doing great, some of us are actual IRL friends now and we meet up in each other's countries.
And yep, we really are all software developers of some kind here, it seems. (unsurprising, because you almost gotta be a computer geek kid before you ever find meteor in the first place. :p)
