16 March 2010 17:06 (UK time) Alright, I guess it's about time to officially announce it. First of all, my deepest condolences about James (in all the confusion, I haven't even given those yet in the other thread o.O Stupid me!). JbServer is almost dead. That is a fact. But fear not! In honour of James and JbServer, PetiX and me have started to develop our own forum, which is for a big part meant to continue the JbServer Forum. I've posted this in another thread a bit earlier today, but on second thought this should be announced more officially The forum is far from done yet. But, you can get a taste of what it will look like (note: that is only 1 of the 8 customisable styles..! ) here: http://mpsf.heliohost.org (remember, for now this is pure layout. Don't expect anything to work yet) The under-construction working version is also online, but I removed the link since I don't wish people to visit it yet, sorry. Our IRC channel has also moved, server is still irc.quakenet.org, but the channel is now #mpsf. (irc://irc.quakenet.org/mpsf) Keep your eyes open for updates! 16 March 2010 22:52 (UK time) Actually this whole thing started about a month ago when para made his big school project, and i was so bored that i wanted to create something big too. The result was MP forum v0.1 alpha. A day later when he heard about it he offered to make the php part of it. So the name changed to MPS forum at the v0.13 alpha version iirc. I finished the layout in the v0.2 alpha version and the styles in the v0.3 alpha. 17 March 2010 06:23 (UK time) I'm the meteormods.com website admin - it's been that way for 6 years now. Thus, I've got ftp access to meteormods.com, and maybe even jbserver.com.
