the guns don't have enough range other wise I love what has been done

They probably don't have enough range because you play in FP mode; originally, in earlier JB games, the average range of a bullet is 'till the end of the screen. But in FP mode, there IS no end of the screen =)

For Rod3D, a further range should be no problem, but I think it will be in Meteor 3 as your enemies have the same guns as yours and they start shooting at from the moment you are within their range. In other words, they'd could shoot you from WAAAY too far
(in Meteor 2 at least, dunno if Meteor 3 will have an alternative shooting system).

But yeah, I think you're right now that there is a FP mode but it may cause a problem. Perhaps there should be made two seperate weapon properties: Range and Range-from-where-enemies-could-shoot-you.

That's why Meteor 2 is very hard for me. The enemies can shoot at you before they appear on the screen. However, welcome to the forums.

ok I gess thats true but another thing I found was that in first person mode the firing position on the solders was a little low they look like they are having the most pain full **** imaginable I'm kinda a detail freak

Gameplay tip for DarkRain:

When your enemy is behind a fairly thin wall, equip your rocket launcher and wait until the enemy hits the wall. The shoot the wall and he will die =)
Pretty cheaty but sometimes it can really save your you-know-what ;)

heat seekers got my hopes up then disappointed when they didn't seek and chainsaws damage needs to be increased also the flame thrower could use a projectile change to make it look more like a trail of flaming gasoline like actual flame thrower
