A few things I noticed:
-When placing objects, sprites and waypoints, the numbering starts from one, rather than from zero
-When selecting a new object, all the objects in the list below the last one you picked are highlighted green
-When you test a map, any projectiles still on the screen from the last time you played the map are still there, and can damage you
-When you test a map, you often start with no weapon selected

Edit: Also, there's no top-left corner fence tile--there's two top-right's.

Edit 2: When you create a new map, it asks you for 'width' twice (the second one is actually height)

Good observation. But I can't notice the bug with the projectiles, which is strange.

The best way to do it is to place a saucer very close to the starting point so it will kill you immediately. As soon as you die, hit the spacebar to exit the level, then re-start it. The lasers from the saucer will still be there and will hurt you.

Alternatively, blow yourself up with a rocket close to the starting point, exit the level immediately as before, and the flames from the explosion will still be there!
