It's going to be cool when 1.0 is released. I hope that lighting code bug for XP is fixed. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Groovy. Tell me are you getting light source crashes under XP? So far this has only affected Win9x machines? James. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Well, I'm running XP, and anytime I use the normal .exe, it freezes whenever I try to play a game(Same when I click Test Play in editor). I use the "non-fblend" exe to play it. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Back to the topic, I am exited because more than one player can ride in a vehicle and I'll have a solid beta to work off of for H2M2. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Gosh, its that time of year!! E3 Expo! New releases everywhere, such as, **Americas Army v. 2.4 (Q-Course), just came out on monday afternoon. Its an entire engine upgrade to the Unreal Engine 2.5 (what Unreal Tourny 2004 plays on), and everything. Not to mention, some anticipating games have just release their trailers (ESIV: Oblivion for example). It would be cool if M2 was release this week (aka E3 week) . **This is the game that i am basing my first mod on for M2, called M2: The Enlisted. Ive already come up with some cool sprites for the US Soldier and the M-4 and M-16A2. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

I don't understand what your guys problem with XP is. I have xp on my machine and I played many maps with lights on them. What gives. Is it the version of Windows XP, for instance I have Windows XP Pro. You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

Its probibly because of XP Pro. Dunno why, but ive noticed people tend to stay away from Home Edition, this must be one of the reasons. Mabey it doesnt to do so hot with DirectX/OpenGL type programs? You need to login to create posts in this thread. |

I'm sorry that this response is EXTREMELY late, it was because I had a virus. Anyways, I have XP Home Edition. When 1.0 comes out it'll probably be Home Edition friendly. *Just realized. I've been here for a year and I've only made 5 posts. * Edited: 16 July 2005 23:54 You need to login to create posts in this thread. |
