Pretty much, its LAN over the internet. It does a direct p2p closed connection to all clients running the program.

Basically its "LAN" over the internet.

Unforutnatly, i have Win98 ATM, and it requires XP/2000 to work right, and it might only work with specific games (probibly not though, the website makes it sound like a universal tool).

Mabey M2 could somehow incorperate this similarly into the engine, so it could run a "lag less" and "flawless" multiplayer experience?

That might work, but I don't have highspeed internet, and that means that it would still lag =D

I recently built that computer I was talking about, and its awesome. It runs meteor at 70 fps on 1280X1024. Quite a nice speed =D

Wow, super-smooth, just the way i like it. If only Jdoom could do that for me, my craptop lowers it down to as little as 3 fps in some rooms. Its ridiculous!

Why I need to have the slowest comp here? Good that I did 14 FPS on my Industrial map.

On 640x480.

I have been saving money for a new comp. Got a hundred already! I quess the old comps (XP still!) would go for about 400 €. Well, it would be atleast a bit better!

200 FPS!<blibk>!</blink>
i thougth that Meteors max FPS are 32(i get this with the lowest graphic in 80*80 resolution

@aleksanteri: if there would be a "slowest comp" competition i think i would be the winner with my comp (180MHz + 96MB RAM etc)!!
I play Meteors about 7-14 fps (sometimes 1 fps if the screen is full of explosions)

I didn't even think it would work on a computer that slow.

to uncap your fps, hit f9 ingame, and click uncap fps.
