Hi, i got so many dreams and ideas for M2 and M1 mods both... Examples: Hostile Waters, Carriercommand game. Crimsonland, survival game. I wouldn't copy crimsonland itself, just take some advice from it! Ok anybody who wants to join the development team is welcome! I need some good graphic makers and animators, the enemies must look realistic, not just still sprites who fly around! I don't need mapping for Crimsonland, but for HW. This is a fun experience and the results make everyones hearth bumb! Of course I think of most the ideas but any suggestions are welcome! For M2 I also need scripters/coders/waypoint experts... I dunno what's scriptin or coding but I think I will need them! I wouldn't want this to get abandoned like other great ideas! Come on, we could once in a lifetime make something that actually gets done and works! We could get done one of the greatest mods ever! What ya say, you with me?! I, arezey, ParaSait, kevezzz, PetiX, Canuck, 40oz and DarkRain are on the development team. Oh yes, and anyone who wants to join should download arezey's jbgchat that can be found from his sig... PS: Any mod suggestions go, so give me some ideas!

Allright, we're making Survival now, we need 1 mapper and 1 more grapher to go! PS: You can give mod suggestions youself too! This is a zombie based game now, based on a City. Cool weapons and enemies (Only Zombies). Ok, we need Papercut, Canuck, and perhaps Me_mantis? =)

actually, I'm in the middle of making a (zombie-less) city-type map, I could upload that right now and you could stick some zombies in it... I'll do a few objects and weapons and such too. @Canuck Wow thanks Canuck! Be sure to meet us in the jbgchat! Perhaps you could map more? We need exactly a mapper like you! It greatly kills some time but it's worth it! I can make sprites. But I've never played Crimsonland before. I just googled some screenshots and looks like a game where they plot you in some field and monsters and aliens attack you from every direction. Sounds like fun. I don't mind helping but I need to know exactly what sprites you need. A very detailed list would be helpful. Here's a start based on what is apparently needed: 1. Weapons (I don't know what weapons you want yet) -Hud Sprites -Pickup Sprites -Ammo Pickup Sprites -Holding Sprites -Muzzle Flash Sprites -Enemy Weapon Holding Sprites 3. Enemies (Also don't know.) -Still Sprites -Moving Sprites -Wasted Sprites Be sure to tell me what you want the main character to look like, What weapons are in the game and what exactly do they do, and what various enemies you'll be fighting. Describe it in as much detail as possible. It makes it much easier for me.

@Papercut Hey! It's so awesome that you are joining! Hmm, player character should be a normal looking guy, green shirt, black hair, high textures I would wish! A death sprite would look like hes bleeding out hugely! And of course, enemies. You can lend the model of Canuck's zombie, make it a bit scarier, then make different skins! I need one that has acid wounds on it and fires fast acid splats that do 5 damage, one that has small spikes spreads spikes 10 damage, and fires some, one whos stomach is glowing blue and shoots plasma 20 damage, fire zombie, he will be on fire, has fast movement speed, shoots flamethrower 30 damage from its mouth and screams randomly sometimes! A fast zombie, is fast but no special powers. then a bigger zombie, (Not much!) that has more HP than a normal one, lets say, Pistol does 5 damage, Normal zombie has 10 HP, the big zombie has 25! And finally, Zombie Master! It has a LOT of HP, but is quite slow, It will fire blue magic stuff! Does 35 damage! Remember, Normal Zombie, Acid Zombie, Spike Zombie, Plasma Zombie, Fire Zombie, Fast Zombie, Great Zombie and Zombie Master! I would like some Vehicles also, A Tank, armed jeep, stationary machine gun, and perhaps a stationary rocket launcher! I also would want civilian cars! Weapons: Pistol, Uzi, Shotgun, M16, Mauser (Rifle), Flamethrower, RPG, Molotov, Plasma gun, Plasma rifle! Remember, high detail sprites of moving and death for zombies, Spike will explode, Plasma will disintegrate, normal zombies just fall, with an icluded blood spread! Flamethrower projectiles must be high detail, RPG will have an explosion followed by smoke! I also want it to go light-speed as other weapons, except the flamethrower and Molotov! Plasma shots like balls followed by a line of blue, hit sprite a really small explosion (Not realy, just the sprite). Oh yeah, enemies wont hold weapons, just body injurys! PS: I want the weapon sprites, as powerups to be small, and have a glow on their sides, but no floating! AND, the bullet hit sprites as smoke, same for firing look, flamethrower will have a gas muzzle, but remember to bring the flash for the pistols and stuff, a big long smoke for RPG, and a quick blue flash for plasma! HUD? Hearth for the HP mark, 3 bullets for ammo, and a plate for vehicle armor! Bullets to look like in M2, no need for new textures, and RPG shot to look realistic!

@Papercut Oh yeah! And the mod's called Menace, it will be in a city, but there will be a survival mode too! Would you be kind and make a screen sprite? =) Menace, and some slime, bullet holes and blood there! It would also be nice to have a laser for the pistol, M16, And RPG. Remember: We don't want to push you, don't kill yourself for this!

In case we don't get around to making wasted frames for everything, I created a very generic set of graphics for a wasted sprite that can be used on anything that's roughly the size of the player and has red blood.

Got some graphics for a truck object together, I'm afraid it's not as detailed as 40oz's jeep, but it's there. There's another map in the works, but I'll just mail that straight to Spy. I'm getting busy with exams and graduation and such, so I probly won't be doing much more with this until the summer.
