WOW. That runs so much faster. Havent tried multi yet, will later though. Papercut's weapons are so much better. And the levels seem redone. Good work James!

Well. You should link the meteormods mirror correctly (doesn't work, I am using JBGames FTP).

And <b>do not</b> disappear anymore, you are too precious for us!

Oh and btw, I removed my link to my homepage, as it's related to music now, not meteor (so yes, Antartica Web Page is now in hyper-space)

Actually I have been keeping an eye on the forums every day. I decided to keep quiet until after I had released v1.1. I also took a break from M2 for a month or so a while back.

You should be interested in the new F9 performace panel, it should help you to identify why the game is slowing down. It would be handy to see any findings.

I tried it, and frankly i still get slow downs when i do things like open doors. Also, a delay when entering/exiting vehicles when im in a bad FPS situation.

I was kinda hopeing my performance suggestions would come in, where any object X units away would "disappear and stop functiononing" in the game untill it comes withing X units of you, or is told to stay active by a script. It takes up WAY to much processing power to keep track of all the object being active at the same time (mabey this could be an option in the options menu?).

Just look at my performance suggestion thread ;).

Also, my map updates didnt make it in! I know for a fact you got my e-mail, as i got a nice reply from you. Pretty much i fixed up some scripts/balanace issue, wrote the breifing, changed a few sectors, and put the 7 miniute time limit on it (it was orriginally supposed to be there).

But a very good update indeed, even though I didnt really get much of a "performance boost" ;)

And it was a great thing that my map didn't went in!!!

Because: I forgot to tell you that it was using the Minomus Quicksilver and now I can have you get it and have a choice with Quicksilver.it and MP3!!!

POWERCOMPLEX_DEFAULT.exe = Contains Minomus Quicksilver as MP3.
POWERCOMPLEX_NONMP3.exe = Contains Minomus Quicksilver as IT.

Nice choice for those who want a choice to MP3.

So you've never got into it well

The bug is sometimes the game crashes at random and James told me its a sound bug...Well its still not fixed and he also said its a hard one too but its not fair tough

P.S:The last time I played Meteor it crashed in the middle of the game while no sound was playing.....Just wierd so I guess it isnt the sound which crashes it and no not even I know what the hell this bugs up but its rather annoying*SIGH*BTW I have no progs running in the background(Obvius!)

This version happens to have a debug menu (F9), to solve any performance problems ect. One of the options i bleive is a "disable all sound". If sound is really your problem, then turning this off should fix it. If it happens anyways, then sound isnt your problem.

Baah, the F9 menu doesn't solve the biggest problem, the problem that prevents us from connecting.

And wov, mapper, new username!?! Well, i'm going to call you dragonfly now ;D
