11 November 2008 20:08 (UK time) Good question. You have to start by making a GIF animation. You can do this by drawing out all the frames of your animation using a simple editor like Microsoft Paint, Paint.net, or Gimp, and saving it each frame as a .GIF file. You can turn all those frames into an animation using Microsoft GIF animator. There's a program that I used to have that was free and turned GIF animations into .FLCs, but I forget what it's called. The extension FLC also doubles as being FLI and FLIC. If you search for "Convert GIF to FLC", or "FLI", or "FLIC", you might be able to find a program that does it. I'll keep searching to find that program I used to have that easily converted GIFs to FLCs. When I find it I'll give you a link to it. *Papercut Pro-Murder. Legalize Crime.
